Chair Mold

Assemble the individual parts to make the chair design into reality.

Cutting and Sewing

Cut the mesh or fabric accroding to the pattern and mix them up to the frame of headrest, backrest and seat.

Headrest Assembly

Assemble the headrest and check if the mesh is stable or not.

Mechanism Assembly

Fix the mechanism to the seat. The position of the chassis should be fixed to prevent the center of gravity of the chair from tipping over.

Test

Check chair function and positioning.

 

Packing

Pack all parts of the chair with EPE and foam, and place them in a 5-layers carton of export standard.
